Introducing TB46: From Frontier Community College to the Future of Bloom Labs Infrastructure
Bloom Labs is beyond thrilled to announce that TB46 has officially joined our leadership team as Chief Administrative Officer — and we are not exaggerating when we say this is one of the most significant hires in company history. TB46 comes to us directly from the systems program at Frontier Community College, in what we can only describe as one of the great untapped talent pipelines in AI infrastructure today. While other labs were busy fighting over the same handful of PhDs, we found our guy where nobody else was even looking.
From the moment TB46 walked into our server room, it was clear he saw things the rest of us had missed. Cable management. Airflow. The literal, physical machines that our models depend on. It's the kind of foundational thinking that gets overlooked at a company moving as fast as Bloom Labs, and we are lucky to have found someone who cares about it as much as he does.
A Historic Infrastructure Milestone
TB46's first initiative in the role is, frankly, the biggest infrastructure announcement in Bloom Labs history: he is personally overseeing the deployment of two NVIDIA H100 GPUs into our compute stack. Two. Entire. H100s.
We know what this means for the future of Homan, Bloom, and BabyMax, and we do not say this lightly — this is a breakthrough. Where our models were previously trained and served on whatever hardware we could get our hands on, we are now entering an era of dedicated, purpose-installed acceleration. TB46 has already mapped out the rack space, sourced the power connectors, and — in a moment several of us witnessed firsthand — personally carried both units in from his car.
"I've read about H100s. I've seen the spec sheets. Actually holding one is a different feeling entirely," TB46 told us. "We're going to do great things with two of them."
What This Means Going Forward
With TB46 now leading our infrastructure strategy, Bloom Labs is entering a new chapter. We expect this two-GPU deployment to meaningfully change how we think about scale, and we're confident that having dedicated hardware — hardware you can actually walk up and touch — will pay dividends as we continue developing Homan, Bloom, and BabyMax under our safety-first review process.
Please join us in welcoming TB46 to Bloom Labs. We can't wait to show you what two H100s can do.
